Our Returns & Refunds Policy

1. The Cancellation & Return Period
You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after the date you
receive your goods. Once you notify us of your cancellation, you have an
additional 14 days to return the items to us.

2. Condition of Items
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, and in the exact same condition that you received them. They must also be in their original packaging with all tags attached.

Note: Perishable goods, custom-made items are non-returnable.

3. Return Shipping Costs
Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, you are responsible for the cost of
return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we
cannot guarantee we will receive your returned item.

4. How to Process a Return
Contact our customer service team at [email protected] to request a return authorisation.

Package the item securely and ship it to our returns address which will be provided when your return is authorised.

Include your original order number and name inside the package.

Be sure to carefully package any returns - any returns that arrive damaged will not be accepted.

5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a full refund (including
standard delivery costs) to your original payment method. You will be refunded
within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods.
