Developed in Japan during the 1980s, Shinrin-yoku is the practice of ‘forest bathing’ and involves spending time in the forest stretching, meditating, inhaling tree aromas and generally appreciating the forest!

This is an original multi-block linocut print, using two blocks and variable inking to achieve the effect of dappled sunlight shining through a canopy of leaves. 

Limited variable edition of 30, Zerkall printing paper, 145gsm, Lawrence oil based ink. Image size 310mm x 410mm and Paper size 380mm x 470mm.
